Staci Jakyong KimさんがKAIST(韓国科学技術院)でAssistant Professorとして研究室を主催します。Staci KimさんはHBP(ヒューマンバイオロジー学位プログラム)に入学しPNAS誌に発表した論文で2019年にPhDを授与されました。さらに2022年にSIK3-HDAC4パスウェイによる睡眠制御機構を明らかにする論文を第一著者としてNature誌に発表しました。

Congratulations to Staci Jakyong Kim on her appointment as an Assistant Professor at KAIST!
Staci, who earned her PhD in 2019 for her research published in PNAS, and later published a first-author paper in Nature in 2022 on the sleep regulation mechanism via the SIK3-HDAC4 pathway, will be leading her own lab.
We look forward to seeing her contributions to the advancement of sleep biology research in South Korea！
